Every package has a set price and a named list of deliverables. You know the number before you start.
Simple payment terms
Workshop and assessment are paid upfront. Builds are 50% on signing and 50% at go-live. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.

How much does AI consulting cost for a small business?
Our fixed prices start at $1,500 (€1,290) for a half-day AI workshop, $2,500 (€2,190) for an AI opportunity assessment, $4,500 (€3,900) for a first automation built and live, and $12,000 (€10,500) for a larger implementation of up to three workflows. Monthly care plans run from $750 (€650) to $3,500 (€2,990). There is no hourly billing.
How long does it take to see results?
A Quick Win Build is live in 2 to 3 weeks. The assessment takes 2 weeks and ends with a 90-day roadmap. We measure each build against the time or money it was meant to save, and report it back to you.
Which AI tools do you work with?
We are tool-neutral and pick what fits your business and budget: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini for everyday work, and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make and n8n to connect your email, CRM, accounting and website.
What do you mean by "no AI slop"?
We don't sell generic AI content or chatbots for the sake of it. Every project starts with a real task in your business, has a named result such as hours saved or faster replies, and is checked by a human before it goes live.
Do you help with the EU AI Act?
Yes. Our AI policy and compliance pack covers a staff usage policy, a GDPR checklist for the tools you use, and the transparency basics the EU AI Act asks of small businesses that use AI with customers.
We're only five people. Is AI worth it for us?
Usually yes. Small teams feel the time savings most, because the owner is often the one answering emails, chasing leads and doing admin. The assessment tells you exactly where the payoff is before you spend more.
Do we need technical staff?
No. We build on tools you already use or can learn quickly, train your team, and document everything. A care plan covers you if something needs attention later.
What software will we need to pay for?
That depends on the build. Most use cases run on an AI subscription and an automation platform, typically a modest monthly cost. We recommend options during the assessment and you pay the vendors directly.
Do you work with EU businesses and GDPR?
Yes. EU clients are quoted and invoiced in euros, and our compliance pack covers a usage policy, a GDPR checklist and the EU AI Act transparency basics. EUR prices exclude VAT; business clients in other EU countries are invoiced under reverse charge.
Is everything remote?
Yes. Workshops, interviews, builds and training are all delivered over video call, which keeps prices down and lets us work across time zones.
